Lost/Stolen Packages
Mina’s Shoe & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be repo as a claim to USPS.
RETURN POLICY
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. We do not offer exchanges on SWIM WEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL such as underwear etc. Thank you for shopping with us! Our return address is on your package
